Find Your Way Into Surfing

Choose an adaptive surf session shaped around your experience, support needs, and the conditions on the water.

First Surf Session

Start with the basics in a session built around your comfort and goals. Your instructor can introduce surf equipment, talk through how the session will work, and help you get familiar with the water. Adaptive support and equipment needs vary, so share what works for you when you reach out. You do not need prior surfing experience.

Adaptive Surf Lessons

Work on practical surfing skills with instruction shaped around your abilities, experience, and comfort in the water. Lessons may cover wave awareness, positioning, balance, and paddling or assisted movement, depending on your goals. Tell the school about access needs before booking so the team can discuss suitable support and equipment for your session.

Small Group Sessions

Enjoy a surf session alongside people you know or fellow learners. Group plans can make room for different experience levels and support needs, while keeping the focus on safe, enjoyable time in the water. Contact the school to discuss group size, participant needs, and what arrangements may be possible for your chosen session.

Surf Progress Sessions

For surfers who have tried a lesson and want more time on the water, follow-up sessions offer a chance to revisit skills and work toward new goals. Share what you have practiced and what support helps you surf comfortably. Your instructor can discuss a suitable plan based on your experience and the conditions for the day.
